Refund Policy

Thank you for enrolling in a Natsugo program. Natsugo offers digital educational products, including live and recorded courses, learning materials, and access to platform features. As these are non-tangible and irrevocable digital products, all purchases made on the Platform are final and non-refundable. Once a learner completes the payment and gains access to a course, no refunds will be issued, regardless of:

• Attendance or non-attendance
• Change of mind
• Personal circumstances
• Partial or full course completion

Exceptions : Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment for the same course (the duplicate amount will be refunded)
• Failed transactions where the amount is deducted but access is not granted
